  • Transforming ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible assets that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users
  • Develop product marketing plans working in conjunction with product leaders, sales and client delivery teams
  • Be the expert on consumers and their buying, payment, credit, investing, saving and wider financial needs
  • Work within the Pragmatic Marketing framework to build all components of the plan including positioning, personal messaging, sales tools, tactical elements and marketing calendar
  • Collect, distill, and communicate the top consumer product needs and opportunities
  • Deeply understand our consumer products, their value propositions, and their roadmaps
  • Translate product release into compelling value propositions that meet consumer segment needs
  • Working closely with the Design and Technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
  • Actively participate in product requirements and product validations, and serve as the key connection between product teams and customers


  • 5+ years of product marketing, product management, or marketing experience
  • Successful track record defining and delivering products driven by proactive customer research, including defining global needs, positioning, and go-to-market
  • Knowledgeable in finance & technology
  • Highly curious and analytical disposition
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effective communication & management style that can lead & influence at all levels
